Russell Selwood

Russ is 30 and originally from Somerset. Russ has been a Police Officer for 8 years with the Ministry of Defence and before that started out with Avon & Somerset Police Force. He is a keen sportsman enjoying Football, Rugby, Cricket and bad golf and on occassions cycles to work!

An Everton fan in football and London Irish in rugby. Russ started enjoying mountains, walking and climbing when in the scouts at 12 years of age. He has spent many happy hours on the hills of Dartmoor, North Wales and the Cairngorms with the Viking Hiking team. Russ is very much looking forward to this next and greatest challenge to date!
