Meet the Team

As a team we have all been walking and climbing together for over 5 years now and we decided to put our hobby to use and do something extraordinary to raise money for charities close to our own hearts.

Graham came up with the idea of the Scandinavian three peaks as an alternative to the original British three peaks after reading an article that mentioned the disturbance caused to the locals during the yearly influx of hundreds of people taking on the challenge. Graham thought it would be a good idea to stick with the three peaks theme but take it further afield chosing Scandinavia, because the three mountains offer three different challenges. So Viking Hiking was created!

We have contacted the Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian tourist boards and they have confirmed to us that as far as they are aware no one person or group have ever completed these three mountain in succession before, so hopefully we will be claiming that title!
